Not running today. I have figured out that the reason I kept getting sick was because I was doing too much. How do I know this? After taking 2 weeks off and doing absolutely nothing now I can run 7 miles and not get sick. Before I would run 1 mile and get sick. So anyway, I am taking it slow. Only doing long runs (5+ miles) 2 days a week and short runs 2-3 days and taking at least 2 rest days. I DO NOT want to get sick again. So I went to Kindersley today and got running tights. My legs get so cold in this wind and then when I come in and start to warm up they swell and itch. Like the worst itching you’ve experienced..I’ve had hives-this is worse than hives.
